Cheesy Shrimp & Bacon Egg Bakes

 A perfect Keto recipe that will get you through the breakfast hour.

Ingredients:
8 whole eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
8 chopped, cooked shrimp
6 pieces of cooked bacon
1/4 cup of chopped onion & bell pepper
1 cup shredded cheese
Seasonings as desired

Method:
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix it up thoroughly.  I opted to add 1/3 of my bacon to the mixture and saved the rest as strips for the tops of my bakes. Spray your loaf pans, or whatever bowls you’ll use, and divide the mixture into 4 servings.  If, like me, you want to add your bacon to the top, you’ll want to bake your eggs a little first otherwise the bacon will just sink.  After 30 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees your egg bakes should be perfectly done.
